In the Initial stage of Tata Iron & Steel Co, and founder of the Steel City Jamshedpur earlier named KALIMATI, provided employment to early migrated Andhra Community mostly from Visakhapatnam and nearly place during the year 1911 to 1919. Those Employees,who had put hold some service beyond 5 to 6 Years with educational background, were gathering and were discussing for proper meeting place after duty hours, some people with religious thinking wanted Sri Rama Mandiram and Monday "Bhajans" were part of daily life in Andhra region even in remote villages.
